My band Book of Black Earth is headed out to the East Coast for two shows. The first is in Brooklyn at Union Pool (484 Union Ave, on the corner of Union and Meeker) April 16th, with Withered and Hallux. The second is at the New England Metal and Hardcore festival on April 18th in Worcester, Mass. That show is a crazy two day fest (the 17th and 18th) with a fuckton of bands like Napalm Death, Cattle Decapitation, Bison B.C., Kataklysm, Toxic Holocaust, Municipal Waste, Landmine Marathon, and more. Hope to see you all there!

The best I can tell is that cangkang are are a black metal karaoke group (whatever that is) that also loves skateboarding. I can’t read a word of their blog, but the pics are incredible and their fliers are killer. I am dying to go to Indonesia, the scene there is out of control!!!

OK so no updates here for a minute but the south doesn’t exactly have the raddest wifi spots in the country. Plus these days i spend most of my time in a van with a bunch of grown men that are all slowly regressing to their innermost juveniles before my eyes. myself included. it’s a dark angry path i have chosen.
be that said, new actual pain tees coming the week i get back to seattle. the whole spring line is going to blow your minds. get ready to have a tee shirt habit that rivals crack addiction. we got a bunch of new stockists, new tapes in the works, and a brand new website coming… get ready for actual pain to be everywhere good and nowhere bad. or vice versa. who cares!
