Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. Orders can take up to two weeks to be processed and shipped to the United States depending on how busy we are. Certain parts of the world can take up to five weeks. Please be patient.

We generally do not accept returns of any kind. Please make sure you have the correct size when you place your order and you know your own measurements before ordering. If we ship the incorrect size or item, simply return your order to: Actual Pain, 1520 11th Ave #E, Seattle Wa. 98122. Please include a note with your return stating your original order number and what was incorrect about your order. We will either refund you or ship the correct item if it's still in stock.

All sales are final on sale or discounted items.

We are not responsible for lost items, stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses. In other words, check your order carefully before finalizing it.
